酒店位置非常便利，房間佈局太完美了。又乾淨又很大，孩子一進門就喜歡得不得了。點外賣也很方便，機器人幫送，工作人員也幫送。特別小姐姐阿思，非常貼心，滿分的酒店。孩子説下次還來。

房間很大，設施也很完善。在電梯裏碰到的阿姨和叔叔都會熱情的找招呼，能感受到柳州的熱情。電梯因為樓層多需要等待一會兒。退房等車工作人員也會送來茶水🍵，也有詢問要不要帶水走。
唯一不開心的就是前台入住的服務，我們過來的時候是下午，前面有一個人辦理入住，接待我們的工作人員臉很臭，多問幾句就不耐煩。備註了不要靠近電梯，給的房間就是出電梯第一個。後面逛街回來看到別的鉑金會員有歡迎水果，我們什麼都沒有還被冷臉對待，不患寡而患不均。攜程很棒，在知道這種情況下積極協調，但是怕麻煩就沒有換房了。人文關懷下，對比****，攜程這方面是我用過的最有共情力的，也最具有解決執行力。
酒店地理位置上沒話説，去五星街柳侯公園都很方便，熱門的想吃的基本都在附近。
